I received your letter with your request regarding Best Buy computer technicians. The focus of my investigation and ability to help you, is as regards your computer. I am not able to release internal information regarding our employees.
Our service centers are authorized by the manufacturers of every computer on which we work.. If you'd like to contact the manufacturer of Ms. Dennison's computer they will not only verify that we meet their qualifications but can give you the names of additional service centers which you may use.
Please follow through with my earlier suggestion regarding computer service, and Best Buy's offer to pay for Ms. Dennison' s computer repair through an authorized service center other than our own.
