If you Bought a Performance Service Plan from Best Buy:

• Check with your insurance agent . Most likely, you are already covered.
• Cancel the policy.
• Simply write: Notice of Cancellation , include a copy of the receipt and policy and send it to:

• Performance Service Plan
• P.O. Box 9312
• Minneapolis, MN 55440-9312
• Attn: Consumer Relations.

• They will send you back a pro rata refund if you have owned the plan for over thirty days. And a full refund if you have owned it less than thirty days.
